Three Season Porch

Our client wanted to add a master bathroom but not lose their 3-season porch.  Ed designed the space to accomplish both – and gave them extra storage space by adding a foundation.  For a cost savings, the existing screen windows from the porch were saved and re-used after getting a fresh coat of paint.

Addition – Garage

In order to build this two-car garage, the existing garage, breezeway, and foundation all had to be removed.

As a happy surprise for the family, we were able to increase the size of the new breezeway by changing it’s framing to be deeper than before.

New lakeside home in Westminster

The original cottage was torn down so that a new retirement home could be created on a local lake.

Second story addition in Marlboro MA

We removed the roof of this cape and added a second floor – a master bedroom area.
